TEA2+ testing focuses on the truck's electronic systems for safety and communication. It includes simulation tests for software and hardware, ensures compliance with safety standards, and tests physical durability in various conditions. Dynafleet testing ensures data accuracy, validates features with real users, and assesses usability for fleet management.
Automotive Engineering
The main engineering goal is to enhance diagnostic capabilities for the complex Euro VI system, moving from basic sensor checks to predictive, real-time fault tracing. This involves integrating data from subsystems like EGR, DPF, and SCR to pinpoint issues rather than just symptoms. By developing On-Board Diagnostic (OBD) logic that uses pressure differential sensors, we create performance models that can predict problems before emissions limits are breached.
